Our lineages are from around the world like a huge tree combined with the collection of many types of trees with deeply entwined roots,branching out in strong limbs, curving branches and fine twigs....each with its' special flowers, leaves, fruits, and seeds. We all have our 'stories' confirmed or not from our mothers',fathers',grandmothers' and grandfathers' .....or maybe we don't have any information about where we came from, or who were our parents,grandparents, etc., ...if that is your 'story' then write it down and that'entwined tree' begins with you for your children,and grandchildren. Genealogy is a great hobby,but it takes a great deal of time, and patience,...actually more patience then time!! With the birth of our latest grandchild Joseph Galen Seymour on June 22, 1999, the journey into our genealogy began to receive even more interest and devotion. With 3 children, one step-child, and 5 grandchildren to carry on in this tree, and with bits and pieces of the branches stuck in files...the time had come to help them grow..develope...and become firmly rooted.
